On August 23, 2015, H.G. Bishop Mina performed the “laying on the hands” and ordained Fr. Samuel Zaki and Fr. Karas Awad to the order of priesthood ordained on the Coptic Orthodox Church of the Virgin Mary and St. Athanasisus in Mississauga, ON.

The ordination took place at the Coptic Orthodox Church of the Virgin Mary and St. Athanasius in Mississauga, ON and was attended by a few diocesan priests, visiting laymen, as well as congregants of the Church of the Virgin Mary and St. Athanasius Community.

We pray that the Lord bless Fr. Samuel Zaki and Fr. Karas Awad and grant them wisdom, discernment, peace and tranquillity as they begin their new ministry.
